Shipping Policy

All products are shipped as tracked postage via Australia Post.

Postage costs will vary starting at $6.70. The site will automatically charge $9.95 even for smaller items.  Therefore if your item will fit into this smaller tracked envelope you will be refunded the difference. 

Pick up is available from Pakenham, Victoria. Choose this option at checkout.

 

Processing times

Orders will be processed in approximately 7 days.  If express post is required please leave a note with the order & I will advise how to make payment for the additional cost.

If your order is urgent please ask before ordering to ensure the order can be completed as required.

If there is a delay the buyer will be notified.

Gift wrapping

Items can be gift wrapped & sent direct to a friend on your behalf with a custom designed gift card. The gift wrapping & custom made card, created to suit the recipient.  There is a fee of $5.  Please message so I can advise how to make payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

​All products are made with love & care. Quality assured & satisfaction guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned if there is a fault with the item.  Buyer to pay return postage. 

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.
